Coincidence is great because now I get to say in person (online?? Virtually??) that I’m a huge fan of your Substack and your recipes are amazing. I’ve been using them since I was vegan and although I am vegan no longer they’re always fantastic and it’s great prioritising plant forward recipes 💚
